Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 9 June 2026
1. Purpose.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the CRM Pilot Service and forms part of your Terms of Service. It protects you, us, our other customers, and the people you communicate with. Breach of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms and may result in suspension or termination.
2. Lawful use and consent.
You must only use the Service for lawful purposes. When sending marketing or commercial electronic messages (SMS, email) you must comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth). In particular you must:
- only contact people who have consented to be contacted, or where consent is otherwise permitted by law;
- keep records of how and when consent was obtained;
- clearly identify yourself as the sender and include a functional unsubscribe/opt-out in every commercial message; and
- promptly action all opt-out and unsubscribe requests.
3. Prohibited content and conduct.
You must not use the Service to send, store or transmit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive; defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening or discriminatory; infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights; contains malware or is used to gain unauthorised access to systems; or promotes illegal goods or services or relates to prohibited industries notified by us or our carriers. You must not resell, sublicense or white-label the Service except as expressly agreed with us in writing, attempt to overload or disrupt the Service, or scrape or harvest data unlawfully.
4. Messaging, deliverability and sender responsibility.
You are the sender of all communications you send and are responsible for their compliance and consequences. Carriers may impose registration, content and volume requirements, with which you must comply. We may suspend messaging that generates excessive complaints, spam reports or carrier violations.
5. AI features.
When using AI features, you must disclose to recipients that they are interacting with an automated or AI assistant, and must not use AI to deceive, impersonate or mislead.
6. Enforcement.
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report unlawful activity to authorities. Where practical we will give notice, but we may act immediately where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties, or to comply with law.
7. Contact.
